[DSO112A] Input terminals with 2.4v

After being unused for a month, this voltage of approximately 2.4v DC appeared at the input terminals.
Any suggestions from friends?

When switching between AC/DC/GND couplings, you can hear the relay switching, so I assume it's OK.
With GND coupling the measurement is correct (0v).
With cables connected the values are the same.

Please try executing VPos alignment in the menu. This appeared to be a VPos offset mismatch. The scope should be fine.
