The shortest pulses i was able to do was with a user defined waveform (like 255;0;0;0;0;etc) resulting in 400ns pulses: Given the surprisingly steep flanks: Does anybody has an idea of how to make shorter pulses? 100ns should be feasible from an RF point of view, but I don't know how. Tried servo mode, etc.

400ns is the shortest the device can reach since the highest DDS clock is 2.5MHz.
