Boots up then only a row of blocks, replaced c14 and 15 as suggested still only a row of blocks.
Guess I wasted my money on this project. Since I've heard nothing from Jyetech, this will be my one and only purchase from you.

Sorry, we didn't get time to reply you promptly. For the issue one more try that we would like to suggest is to replace the crystal. If that doesn't help please contact us at jyetek@gmail.com to request a replacement.
