Calibration

I've assembled Wave2 and I really like it! One thing, which bothers me a little is the calibration procedure. I tried to go through it, but I see very little difference (or even no difference), when it try manipulate the trimmers. Is it okay? Are settings listed in quick start guide valid for the calibration procedure for Wave2?
