I've found an advertisement in Aliexpress for DSO138 mini, but the picture of the analog board doesn't match those of any of the versions in the product page.
Specifically, it doesn't include the "breadboarding area", and the capacitor trimmers are SMD instead of through hole. It does include Jyetech's logos.

Is it a fake/clone or a legitimate new version?

On the other hand, the main board picture in the Aliexpress' ad looks like same the one in Jyetech's website:
