Have to press & hold [+] and [-] each time after power cycle

Few weeks ago I received and assembled the kit, which came pre-loaded with firmware 113-13810-100 and worked as expected.
I then updated to firmware 113-13810-110 and since then I have to press and hold [+] and [-] for a few seconds after each power cycle in order to get it to work. The unit boots and runs fine, but does not process any input signal; it behaves like it is set to GND-coupling or so.

Hi,

See https://youtu.be/lHrNWvwiXlI for a self-explaining vid.
This behaviour is regardless of the setting of any of the slide switches or the type of input signal.

Thanks for your time!

Sorry no update. There might be something related to the chip. Have you tried roll back to version -100 and see if the problem is still there?

I couldn't try, because I don't have a copy of version -100 and I can't find it on your website ...

Я решил эту проблему по другому без перепрошивки. Перейти в режим "Int" и удержать более секунды кнопку "ОК" и пройти тест. Важно!!! Щуп должен быть подключён к тест контакту!
