High Sensel voltages, possibly bad analog board(U3)

When the analog board is disconnected I get normal 3.3 voltages on sensel pins dependent of what voltage ranges i select. When the analog board is connected on every sensel ping i get 5-7V. Does that mean that U3 is bad? I have been messing with this for multiple days and that's as far as i got. Changing Gnd-DC-AC switch does nothing in software, it always stays as AC in software and cplsel is also 7V. I have no idea what to do now. Changing voltages does nothing when I actually manage to even get any waveform on screen.

What was the reference point you used for the voltage measurement? Were all other voltages correct?
