Hello. I have perfect DSO Shell, but, uppon a time, I have trouble with it. Could you help me resolve it? Oscilloscope ray went up. Please see attached photo.

First, the instruction manual is less than adequate. I have played with the Scope extensively with a problem I am having. I have an entry in this forum "My DSO Shell 150 has failed. However, seeing the voltage values in your picture ("Measurements") I think all you need to do is put the selection switch to "GND", press the "V/DIV" button til the selection box around its value is off. You will notice at that point the "ADJ" control can be used to move the trace up and down.
