HPos adjustment?

The 'manual' references a HPos adjustment (under Fast Adjustment), and the display indicates that I am only seeing a part of the trace. How do I adjust the Horizontal Position and Vertical Position? And what is "Fast Adjustment"?

When test signal amplitude is not displayed short press ADJ will toggle between normal mode and fast adjustment mode.
The current arrangement is a little awkward. We already have better idea for test signal amplitude adjustment and display and will implement it in next revision.
