Hi,
I put a 9V power supply on my DSO150 and it burned the Diode and Voltage regulator closed to the Input jack J7. Is it now dead forever?

Measure voltage after burned elements. If they failed short - other parts are cooked ( probably you would see it). If they failed open, just replace them and should be fine.
