Latest Firmware -- Can't enter activation Code
On the latest firmware, I can access the activation menu by pressing SEC/DIV, TRIGGER and ADJ. However, I can't move to the next digit. I've desoldered the rotary encoder, and manually shorted out pin 4 and ground and get the same results. I can enter the activation menu but can't move to the next digit. I tried downgrading, but I get an "Read EEPROM Failed".

How do I downgrade my firmware?

Just flash the old firmware if you want to fall back.

Please check the center two buttons and see if any one is stuck.

That fixed it. I took apart the switch that was stuck, put it back together and everything seems to work now. Just waiting for a new encoder.jye1 wrote:Please check the center two buttons and see if any one is stuck.
