Hi, admin/admins
I sent an e-mail asking for the activation code 5 days ago. When I get answer? Has anyone read my letter?

All emails asking for activation code have been replied (usually within 24 hours). Can you let me know the email account you sent it from？

After install new firmware (113) I go to Input activation code and set 4 digits then I want exit from this menu but button "ok" not work

Any suggestions?

Was the OK button working before entering the activation code? How about powering down and up again? When you press OK after entering the 4 digits the scope should go back to normal running state. If not the code was not accepted.

I soldered the buttons again and it worked. Maybe something happened while opening the case. Thank you for your help.
