I recently updated from the 061 firmware to 062 to in hopes of fixing the frequency count issue. That problem is solved, but now the trace is always way above center line and above the top of the screen. The VPos can be adjusted manually to the center, but the calibration process sends it off the screen again. Here are the steps I've taken:
1. Set coupling to GND
2. Press and hold 2 center buttons (SEC/DIV, Trigger) for 3 seconds. (This sets the coupling to DC for some reason and moves the trace off the top of screen)
3. Move coupling switch to DC and back to GND due to side effect of previous step.
4. Try to center trace by pressing V/DIV button for 3 seconds, trace does not center.
5. Move trace to center manually.
Also, pressing the Trigger button for 3 seconds does not auto set trigger level.
Anyone else on 062 experiencing these issues?
062 Firmware trace VPos issue
Re: 062 Firmware trace VPos issue
Please re-download the -062 version. The earlier file was a wrong copy. Sorry for the mistake.
Re: 062 Firmware trace VPos issue
That fixed the trace centering issue. The trigger level auto set (pressing Trigger button for 3 seconds) still puts the trigger level below the trace by a couple volts.
Thank you JYE for the fast response.

Re: 062 Firmware trace VPos issue
Have you done VPos alignment?
Re: 062 Firmware trace VPos issue
I have the same problem! Please fix!
Re: 062 Firmware trace VPos issue
here are some pictures ,
first i did a default-restore ,
then brought up the 3.3 v test signal ,
then the Center HPos => which works almost correct => only off by a couple of mV ( so the graph is NOT centered to the screen properly ),
then Center Trigger Level => which is off by roughly 1.5volts.................
