Integrated battery case

Post by Diabolo »

Hello,

I also made a power supply with a Li-ion battery of 3200 mAh for GSM Galaxy J5.
I will post the pictures of the modifications and the feed in this topic.
---
The battery compartment is 9mm thick and is manufactured with double-sided epoxy printed circuit 15/10 welded with tin solder. It is held in place in the housings of the
4 screws of the DSO150 thanks to dowels. Charging is done via the micro Usb port via TP4056 and R3 to 1K5 for a charge of 750 mA, and the battery box switch is ON and the DSO150
switch is OFF.
The 9 volt voltage is generated by a MT3608 with 100uF/16V smd tantalum output
The J7 power jack is still functional, contact # 2 of J7 has been used and disconnects the battery power when using this jack with an external power supply.
The autonomy is > 8H in continuous operation.

Sorry for my English, I use a translator.
Regards.

Hello,

Here is another way to add an internal battery.
Jyetech should be inspired!

Thanks for the links on your post
I bought two rear covers for my 2 Dso's, and just did the upgrade this afternon
Everything is perfect and cover is very well adjusted, i prefer to add capacitor (+/- ouptut 9v) and diode as indicated on the output + 9v. (it was indicated on the schema)
I put in them the maxi lipo size i found on chinese store and very simple to do with care and little practice.

Nice and just what i wanted , i can use lipo, or power adaptator or 9v battery if necessary . Very happy for the upgrade.
I recommand seriously to do for few euros.

The autonomy tested is > 6 hours in continuous operation (with the 1900 mah lipo)

For sharing ;-)

Hello,

Thank you for the mail.
Jyetech should be inspired by this shell to update its DSO 150, it would not cost more, and it could even increase the price of DSO 150 with this option.

Ok for the autonomy of 6 hours with a li-ion of 1900 mA, I installed a li-ion of 3200 mA in my case OM.
It is necessary to solder a capacitor to the output 9V, it is very advisable.
