Users Manual v5

The User's Manual v4 came with my scope, but I see that there is now a v5 that appears to go along with the changes made by firmware v55. However, the copy of the manual that appears online has "JYE Tech" and "WWW.JYETECH.COM" in large letters plastered all over everything. Would it be possible to get a copy of at least page 4 without that?
