Rotary encoder PCB problem

Hi, there,
I bought a DSO shell but it was not working.
I solved the problem. The J2 pin1 (square) of rotary encoder PCB short to ground (pin4).
If you have same problem, you have to cut the short with knife. Fortunately this is the back side of the PCB, you dont have to resolder the encoder.
