Re: Request for software change II
Many thanks for the source codes

Now it is a real education / training / development kit and not only a black box with
clear understandable electronics but mysterious software !
I think you did something small - but wonderful - for the mankind - like Wikipedia.
Because it is now possible to learn fast how it is working and then add or replace
functionality. I am sure it is the logical and needed next step after Arduino, Raspberry
and similar projects - because the affordable development board has now not only its
own display but also an enclosure and an meaningful app to start with (not only the
stupid blinking LEDs and "Hallo world" RS232 messages.
In my opinion it is more important than the landing on the Moon
(because this was a camouflaged military project with the real intention to develop
killing technologies to destroy as many lives as possible
Important message to the Mankind relating GitHub downloads:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
- the nice, large, green "Clone or download" button on GitHub.com does not work on my
computers (WXP, W7). Should anybody else have the same problem, add please:
/archive/master.zip
to the URL or simply use the following link:
https://github.com/JYEtech/DSO-Shell-op ... master.zip
and you will be prompted to save the whole archive as a standard.zip archive.
Do not try to download the individual files by the browser feature "Save Link as ..."
(some old Mozilla Firefox version) - you will get useless garbage !

Thank you.qu1ck wrote:jye1
This is great, thanks!
I just tried to build it with upstream gcc on linux (actually windows 10 lss, which is pretty good) and with minor fixes it works like a charm. Just sent you a pull request if you want to merge it.
