I'm not sure if I was given the wrong screws (I had 4 longer screws and 6 short), but the four screws the to hold the back and front of the shell together were super tight and split the plastic on the screw holes. One of the screws actually broke in half when I took the outer shell apart again to put the bottom plate on (I initially left it off because I didn't have a DC plug and was using a 9-volt battery wire).
Should I contact banggood about it?

I had the same problem with the screws being too tight. I didn't split the plastic, I ended up stripping one of the screw heads, then messed the case up trying to drill it out. Banggood sells the cases, but it sounds like JYE Tech may be helping you out with a replacement. When I got the new one I reamed out the holes with a 1/16" drill bit to make them a little easier. If you do this, use a pin vise. Its too easy to over drill the hole with an electric drill.
