15001K: Bad V-, AV-, V1-V5

Post by jreyes »

Hey there, hoping to get some help here. There's no trace when the analog board is plugged in. I put the kit together and the main board seems to work fine, but the most of the test points on the analog board seem way off when measured. Specifically, I'm getting:

V+: 8.42v
AV+: 6.17v
V-: 0.39v
AV-: 0.69v
V1: 2.10v
V2: 5.50v
V3: 3.20v
V4: 4.03v
V5: 0.55v

I've double checked my soldering and everything seems good, but I can provide pictures if needed. I also made sure the polarity of all of the electrolytic caps and measured them to make sure they're all good.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance! :)

No, the chip is completely cool (room temperature).

There might be open somewhere. Please check voltage right at pin 8 of U5. This voltage should be the same as V+.

You can contact JYE Tech at jyetech@163.com for replacement if you are sure some parts are shipped defective.
