Please help! Whats hapening with my ds0 Shell? ?

First, sorry for my Bad englisch. But i need help. I get this
Diy kit and its works 2 days, but i dont use it . Now work it nomore. Ds0 Powers on and can See noise without analog board. With analog board its Not workIng. Sw1 apply setting only After Reboot, for exemple: i set Sw1 from ac to gnd, on lcd Not Changes, theni do Reboot and i See GND on lcd.

Av+ - 6,5v
V- (+0,73v)
Av- - (+0,73v)
V1 - +2.1v
V2 - +5.8v
V3 - +3.4v
V4 - +4.2v
V5- +0.7v

What i need to do?

@ rusvirus,

AV- was not good. The relevant components include U5, C12, C13, C14, and R27. Please check these part for the soldering.
