Any worry of counterfeit DSO Shell yet?

I recently bought a counterfeit DSO138 from Amazon, which has since been reported and refunded.

I was all ready to buy another DSO138, this time from NooElec's Amazon listing, when I noticed the DSO150 pop up on this site. Looking for a way to buy it on Amazon (so I could use an Amazon gift certificate to pay) I found this.

It is being sold by someone named SHINA and is shipped from China.

There is no counterfeit reported for the Shell so far. NooElec will list this model soon since its order has been shipped and probably delivered.

Were the ones appearing on eBay as "pre-production" versions with no rotary knob real? The listings and the way it was all written sounded a little dodgy.
