DSO Shell - New Problem

OK, I got one working and I can get a 1K 5volt square wave signal from a signal generator. On my regular scope the waveform is 0-5v but on this scope both the waveform and the digital readout show a signal of -4v to +1v . Frequency readouts are close. What controls the 'zero' calibration to have the waveform show 0 volts at the zero line?

Please set couple switch to GND and hold down the button V/div for about 3 second. This will align 0V line with the VPos indicator.

Sorry I bothered you with this. I'm seeing this in the instructions as I read more carefully and at the same time reading your solution.
