I ordered my kit from Banggood as soon as I saw that it was available.
I recently put it together, and discovered that it didn't have a knob for the rotary encoder. I recall previous pictures that showed the assembled version with a knob, but the current pictures do not show it. Was there supposed to be one in the kit?
Is the kit supposed to come with a knob?

Can you post photo showing your board?

Is it possible you got the green beta board Banggood is selling (without the case)?
That does not come with a rotary encoder. The product description says " Note: The beta version does not need to install the rotary switch. The rotary switch on the photo is for reference only."
Also it needs an extra wire because of a missing trace on the board.
I have built one, but I can't figure out how to calibrate it, because the manual does not show the required values. If you figure out how to do that, please let me know.
