We received complaints from friends about that their questions posted on the forum are frequently ignored. This is true particularly for questions relating to DSO138. There are a couple of factors that caused the problem. One is that, due to small scale of the company, we do not have staff dedicated to forum support. The second is because of the nature of DIY activity the issues encountered by a DIYer can be very individual dependent. If a problem is not clearly described it would be hard to provide a specific answer. As a result, in many cases solution to a problem is left to a DIYer's researching on his/her own. The third important factor is that many friends came to this forum with counterfeit products. This make us hesitant to answer questions especially resources are tight. Counterfeit products do not have proper quality control and tend to have more problems. For example, we have special test fixture and program to electrically test each DSO138 board against any short/open of MCU pins, while a counterfeit board can only be checked visually. So if you are sure you purchased a genuine board and you have problems with it you may get answered quicker by posting photos of your board together with your questions.
