Wrong resistors ( may i burn it ? )

Hello to everyone, im here to ask some help and advice. Thanks anyway

I made some serious mistakes due to my enthousiasm and solder wrong resistors.

I solder all parts, but after i power my board with 9V battery (a new one) the V+ was around 5V, 3.3V_pin was around 0.6V and 5V_pin was around 1.5V.
Also V- pin says 0 voltage.

LCD was light up but didnt show anything, seems normal since i solder wrong values.

I measure from zero all resistors with digital multimeter and found the wrong values, also an resistor acts like short circuit:

R4: my board has 20kΩ - user's manual says need 2 MΩ
R2: my board has 180kΩ - user's manual says need 1.8 MΩ
R10: my board has 500Ω - user's manual says need 3 kΩ
R11: my board has 700Ω - user's manual says need 150 Ω
R1: my board has SHORT circuit , cant measure if ofc - user's manual says need 100 kΩ

I will change the values ( when i found those values, dont have on my stock).

I may damaged the board ? How supply acts seems normal to you when i put so wrong resistors ?

Not obvious to me that wrong values for those components would cause your problem. Suggest you have made another mistake. Did you not use the SMD resistors supplied in the kit?

The resistors you mention would have some effect of the gains of the various stages, not their operating points.

I used them.


-With JP4 unsoldered, i measure 3.23V on TP22.
- I Solder TP22
- Now i measure 0.7V on TP22


EDIT: with 9 Volt batter supply i just noticed 78L05 its very very hot. I cant even touch it

Everything i soldered good, values are OK now. Read all same thread with same problem and tried the troobleshhoting you suggested.

It doesnt work and wont work as i guess. It was my mistake that bought 'this '
