DSO138 troubleshooting : TP25 = -12.3v (no trace)

Hi, my dso138 didn't show any tracing.
I used v8.4 input voltage for my dso138.
I checked that all tp points look ok except tp25.
tp25 should be around - 8.1v but it is -12.3v.
Is there any possible solution for this?

This may be caused by light loading on V-. Please check soldering on TL084 (U2), particularly its negative power supply pin - pin 11.

Yes, It is working great now after TL084(U2) is re-soldered.
