From Amazon. Even though it was listed as a "JYETech DSO138" and "Dispatched from and sold by Amazon", the kit that arrived was a fake.

Thank you for posting it. The page didn't show the seller. Can you post the seller name?

It's sold by Amazon themselves. The board itself is missing the DSO138 label and has no serial number sticker on the back.

Got a kit from this Seller, who btw is extremely rude.
No sticker to be found.

I also ordered a kit from Amazon UK like ekimai which arrived without a sticker on main PCB. I have returned the kit back to Amazon for a refund and informed them this could be a fake kit.

I've contacted Amazon about it, but only via buyer support. I did not file a report on the official Amazon Report Infringement page as I didn't know if it would be appropriate for me to do so. It seems that page is meant for the rights holder or a third party (such as a lawyer) authorized by the rights holder to seek out infringement.

Amazon support was quick to apologize and refund my purchase.

I ordered one and no labels nor DSO138 o JYE Tech logos and some traces from de MCU to the LCD header were broken. Returned it and what arrived in exchange doesn't have the DSO logos or sticker. So two tries and both counterfit product. Amazon returned my money and the assistant said he will report this.
