Power DSO138 by battery or USB

DSO138 can be powered by battery or USB with the help of JYE140, a step-up converter just released by JYE Tech. By design DSO138 needs a 9V power supply. This more or less ties DSO138 up. JYE140 board gives the kit more power options. For details of JYE140 please see http://www.jyetech.com/Products/140/e140.php.
