Voltage error?

I bought the kit yesterday, the first power-up was good condition. But now, I think there's an input error.
I connected the AIN pin and BNC to nowhere, but it detects more than 20V.
So, I checked all the PCB. but there was no kind of shorts.
Actually, this voltage level is going higher.
