Removals Trace during measuring

Hello everybody,
in the course measuring am on probe switch damping from 10X to 1X. From at that time oscilloscope non - shows none trace external signal, or test signal. I’m check out "Reset" and factory setting. Look at photo displaies. Value measured on choice check points :
V - : -4,97V
V1 : -1,88V
V2 : -1,27V
AV- : -4,17V
Input voltage : 8,98V
