Customized microcontroller software

Hello,
We think to use DSO138 as measuring interface for our instruments to install it in our housing. We measure the amplitude of sin signal only with fixed frequency. So, it is possible to order the customized microcontroller software? To be able just to switch the instrument and watch our signal. It will be easy to do because we would like just to turn off some extra features and change the first screen when fist time turning it on.
