-V=-26.5(very high????)
V1=0V(CPL at GND)
V2=3.6V(CPL at GND)
V3=3.67V(CPL at GND)
VGEN=0.8v

I assembled the kit myself, so I must have done something wrong. The only time any sort of trace appears on the screen is when CPL=AC,SEN1=10mv,SEN2=x1 and I place the red probe on the test signal or my finger. Basically it only works when SEN1=10mv, ANYTHING HIGHER or any other setting, and the signal disappears(no trace).

V- was pretty high. This might indicate its loading was light. V2 was not good. Check soldering and components of V2 stage to fix this stage first.
