DSO138 3.3V test lead wrong voltage

Hi,
sth is wrong with my board and I am not sure what. I am getting a voltage of around 0.0xV from my 3.3V test lead. But still it seems like a square wave with the right frequency. I have probed other points on the board and all seem within the specs. Earlier I had no problem with the 3.3V test but suddenly it stopped working. Any idea what happened?
