Button "-" problem

So my problem is that button (-) doesn't work
i checked the conetion with that pin and microcontroler and it's good
All voltages are good.
i don't know what's going wrong

The input from the microcontroller is connected to the lower right pin of the pushbutton switch.
It should measure the same as the other switches, approximately 3.2 volts.
When the button is pushed it will go to 0 volts. Compare the defective one to the working ones to make sure your test setup is correct.
