Is my LCD broken? Weird picture. First startup (photos)

I just finished soldering my DS0138 from banggood and the LCD looks really weird. Even without power it has weird pattern, see photo.
I have verified the voltages in the manual and also made sure all 3.3V on the LCD header was OK, and they were.

If it is broken, may my circuit have killed it, meaning there's no idea installing a new one?

The LCD has been broken. If you received it like this please contact JYETech at jyetech@163.com with photos of board ID (at back of the main board) for replacement.
