when im reading low frequency (Hertz) on 20mS option it shows the frequency,
and all options above in the uS range works fine but when i select the 50mS range or bellow on the S range the
frequency disappear from the screen. is this normal or my unit as any bug? any way to solve?

also my device completely turns off after 1 minute when working with battery if i don't touch it, this
doesn't happen when plugged to usb charge

What you saw was normal. Frequency calculation won't work when timebase is set to 50ms or slower. When scope is running on battery it will shutdown itself when there is not touch for a certain time. This time can be changed via menu by the button "AUTO OFF". When external power is connected this auto-off feature is disabled.
