DSO112A and white screen

I bought an oscilloscope DSO112A. I checked the operation of the device from the battery and from USB. Everything worked fine. Charge the battery as written in the instructions. After that, I turned on the oscilloscope and after the cutscene saw a white screen. If you look at the display at an angle, you can see hardly visible symbols. When you click on them they react and switch something but I do not see what.
