maybe it is a hardware fault?AlexTzv wrote:There is a problem, but not fix it for some reasonbevangg wrote:The unit still freezes when you try to use fft mode, also it randomly freezes completely now in a state where it will not even turn off
Re: Frozen!
Once again thoroughly washed the PCB. Oscilloscope working fine while. Frozen if power off in FFT mode. Keep checking.
Re: Frozen!
Hello everybody !
I had some fun putting together the ds0 068 and its a nice tool,it does what i wanted from it.
It works fine except that I also have the freeze problem, just as mr AlexTzv says:
The resistor trick to clean the memory does not work for me.
What does work for me ( to unfreeze) is to reflash with version 113-06801-51 and after that with 113-06801-61.
Immediatly reflashing with version 113-06801-61 does not fix the problem for me.
After the reflashing you still cannot do poweroff in the fft menu.

After powering of in the fft menu means that later you'll be locked in the freq meter menu.AlexTzv wrote:... Oscilloscope working fine while. Frozen if power off in FFT mode. Keep checking.
