USB-Uart bridge CP2102 Virtual COM Port

Hello,
After installing the driver supporting the USB-Uart bridge CP2102 (Windows XP/Server 2003/Vista/7/8/8.1 (v6.7), should the virtual COM port show up in the device manager immediately,
or is there another step required. It did not show up in the Device Manager after installing the driver.
I have also installed TeraTerm, but cannot specify a COM port, because the driver did not create one.

After driver being installed virtual com port will not show up automatically. It shows up after the device that contains CP2102 has been connected to a USB port.
