The back light did not turn on, and I am not getting voltage to pin 19 of the lcd screen. Under "Dark LCD" it says to "check related connections." I am a beginner and not sure what "related connections" the instructions is talking about. I checked the schematic, and it appears that Q2 transistor is supposed to have +5 volts at the emitter. It does not. Also, before beginning test 2, I took off the jumper at JP2 and JP4 from Test 1. I am using a battery that is working.
