Starting up problem (turn off itself after 2 seconds)

Hello,
i encoutered a problem with my DSO068 oscilloscope.
at the beginning, all worked as expected, but after few days, DSO doesn't wake up !!
when i press the rotary, screen shows bootloader screen (with backlight on) and after 2 seconds, DSO turns off.
the only method to turn it on is to hold a touch (whatever) while pressing the rotary. Release touch+rotary only when main screen apprears / 2 bip sound.
I tryed different USB energy source, with no effect on the problem.
if you have any idea, please tell me.
