DSO 068 faulty bob2

Hi everything is working fine but I cannot get my scope to charge where can I get a replacement bob2 board as I believe this is faulty and is not charging the battery also when the battery is plugged in it will not turn on the scope

Did the LED on BOB2 light up when USB power was applied and battery was connected?

Hi it only flashed briefly and then went out is this normal and when I plug the battery in it does not light up I saw on u tube that this led should illuminate
