Power Up test 2 fails: 10V

Hello,

I finished soldering the board and power up test 1 successful, but when i go on to power up test 2, I measure 10V

It is also noticeable that the voltage between ground and the housings of the connectors is 5V.

Could some give me a hint to solve the issue?

Can you clarify which voltage you measured 10V? Where did you put the negative pen at the measuring?
