Battery installation

Hi can anyone tell me if I use a 3.7 volt li-ion 1200 ma battery from one of my models it is the right size as mentioned but the text only mentions cell phone batteries but the pictures shows a battery similar to the one I have

The battery should be okay if its size fits.
