signal is distorted

Good afternoon! I picked up the oscilloscope is operating normally.
Set-up was good. When testing revealed
oscilloscope features are not supported.
With an input signal of 100 kHz or more, the signal
is distorted.
You can do something about it? Or is it possible
that the oscilloscope?

Can you post photos showing how the distortion looks like please?
