Bob 3 board appears to no longer work. How to test???

Things worked pretty good for a few days, went to turn unit on...would not power on. Bypassed Bob 3, starts up and seems to work fine...as soon as power applied. Reflashed boot and firmware, did not make any difference...appears that Bob 3 is no longer working....how do I test this? And how can I get another one if this one is bad?
