Frozen buttons-Resolved, now no trace

Upon completion scope worked except the buttons( all) froze intermittently. Jumped PF6 to ground.restarted as described in other posts. This has stopped the frozen buttons but there is now no trace with probe or with the test jumper installed. Power tests show all voltages correct except VB shows 0 v instead of 0.6 and VT shows 2.2 v instead of 2.6. According to instructions this seems to indicate U3 is damaged. Where do I go from here.
