dso 068 died

dso 068 boots up, was working fine, now stuck on screen reading 512 2m 100k/div. how do I get out of this?

Please try forced factory default restore by doing

1 ) Connect the pad PF6 at J7 to GND.
2 ) Power up the device until you see normal scope panel.
3 ) Remove the connection made in 1 ).
