I will power my oscilocope DSO 068 with usb cable. On the Assembely guide (pcb Version: H) i have read that BOB1 is usb-Uar Conv. I dont now what this mean. I read on the oficial site that you can use DSO 068 with jye lab program (http://www.jyetech.com/Products/105/e105.php).

So my question is:

Do i need to instal BOB1 so that i can use JYE LAB program?
Can i stil power the DSO 068 with USB port if i instal BOB1 board?

I wil be wery hapy if somone can put some light in to this "perhaps strange-stupid" questions,

Yes you need to install BOB 1 To enable jye lab ans to update firmware. You can still power it charge battery with BoB 1 Installed.
