Where is R23

I am trouble shooting a problem with V%. It should read ~1.6v, but I read 3.36 volts. The Schematic I downloaded shows three resistors tied to the inverting pin of U2A, R21,22,23. I cannot find any resistor on my rev H board that is labeled R23. Also, R21 is 120 Ohms, not 10k, R22 is 3.3k, as shown in the schematic. The Schematic shows R23 to be a 300 Ohm Resistor, but I have not found it.

Is there a newer Schematic than the Rev F that you post for download?

There are two links on the page for the two different versions. Sorry it might appear confusing since they look similar.
